Comedian Nate Bargatze’s clean-cut and relatable humor is why The Atlantic called him “The Nicest Man in Stand-Up.” The Nashville, Tennessee native and host of the Nateland podcast found his voice in the mid-2000s with regular appearances on Late Night with Conan O'Brien, Late Night with Jimmy Fallon and The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. Bargatze was featured on Jimmy Fallon's Clean Cut Comedy Tour in 2013, three years after he was named “New York's Funniest Stand-Up” at the New York Comedy Festival. Since then, Bargatze has been selling out arenas on solo tours and has opened for comedy icons like Chris Rock. Bargatze’s signature deadpan delivery was showcased in his 2021 Netflix special, The Greatest Average American, which earned a Grammy Award nomination for the coinciding comedy album. His 2023 Amazon Prime special Nate Bargatze: Hello World became the most-streamed original comedy special debut in Prime history — with 2.9 million viewers in its first 28 days — culminating in Bargatze breaking the attendance record for Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena.

    Disappointed

    He was good but not as funny as expected. They started 30 minutes late, I understand why but made the evening long. His host was good but the other guys not so much. For the cost of the tickets, I will not go another time.

    We were a girl group of 4 and had the best time. The pre show performances were great and Nate was outstanding! Had to feel sorry for them as the show was in a rodeo arena and the flies onstage were bothersome. Poor guys!

    Best Clean Comedian

    After watching Nate’s various specials, I was excited to see this show in person. He only had one or two jokes that I’d previously heard so the majority of the show was new material. My wife and I laughed so hard we cried. The world needs more of this kind of event. Go see Nate … it’s totally worth it.

    Nate was hilarious. You could see and hear him everywhere from the venue. The gate entry was chaos but the line moved quickly. Some of the openers were just okay. The food was very expensive. All worth it. I would see this show again. We had a great time.

    I started following Nate Bargatze on Facebook reels last year. I loved his type of humor - clean, funny, everyday humor that people can relate to. 😂 Then Hallelujah….his ‘Be Funny’ show came to Corpus Christi, TX and I went to see it. WOW, 5 stars plus!! The entire show was fantastic. His backup comedians and host were equally funny and awesome 😄 It was so refreshing to listen and enjoy humor that was hilarious and good clean fun, without being like a bar-room act filled with endless crude jokes, bad language and totally tasteless. Good for Nate!! I totally recommend his show and I’m hoping he will come back to Corpus Christi soon. Loved it!! Laughter is good therapy and good for the heart 💜
