In-season hours: (March-October or end of MLS playoffs)
- Monday – Friday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Saturdays: 10:00 am – 3:00 pm
- Sundays: (Gamedays Only) Open at 10:00 am
Off-season hours: (November-February)
- Monday-Friday: 10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Tickets are not available for purchase at the box office on the first day of the general public onsale for all non-team events.
