Do we offer refunds?

No. All Altitude Ticket sales are final, no refunds or exchanges.

How do I make a change to my order?

Do We Offer Gift Cards?

No. Not at this time.

Can I Purchase Tickets In Person?

Tickets may be purchased at the following locations for all Pepsi Center, Dick's Sporting Goods Park, 1STBANK Center & Paramount Theatre events:

  • Regular business hours and on events at Pepsi Center & Dick's Sporting Goods Park
    • Please check venue website for business hours.
  • Event Days Only at 1STBANK Center & Paramount Theatre

For all other clients please purchase via phone, online, or check venue detail pages for more information.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE: Tickets are not available for purchase at any box office on the first day of the general public on sale for all non-team events. All tickets are subject to additional fees.
